Meal Preps
Meal Preps are an important service for the community, which provides healthy meal options every Monday for delivery. Below is a list of ingredients we offer that you can mix and match at a minimum of 5 meals, no max.
Within those 5 meals, choose any 3 proteins and any 3 vegetables to be paired to create your meals. Fears Kitchen will then shop, cook, package and deliver those meals to your front door, using the contact less delivery method.

For every 5 meals, select 3 Protein & 3 Vegetables (It can be duplicates)

All preps must be ordered by SUNDAY night, in order to be counted and prepared for by Monday of each week. On MONDAY morning, Fears Kitchen will shop, prepare, cook, package and deliver your order in between times of 2:00pm - 4:00pm or whenever the routes are complete. We can also discuss alternative times via messenger or your contact number.

- Seafood (Swai Fish, *Salmon, Tilapia, Shrimp, Cod)
- Pork (Tenderloin, Sirloin Chops, Pork Chops, Ground Pork)
