Fears Kitchen provides healthy, chef-prepared meals delivered to your front door every Monday. Mix and match proteins, vegetables, and sides to build your perfect weekly meal plan.


How It Works

  1. Order by Sunday at midnight to be included in that week's prep.
  2. Choose your proteins, vegetables, and optional sides (see options below).
  3. Enter your selections in the Notes section at checkout.
  4. Fears Kitchen shops, cooks, packages, and delivers between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Monday (or when routes are complete).

Alternative delivery times can be arranged via messenger or phone.

For every 5 meals, select 3 proteins and 3 vegetables. Options can be duplicated.

  • Chicken — Chicken Breast (4 oz), Leg Quarters, Drumstick Lollipops (2), Ground Chicken

  • Pork — Pork Chop, Ground Pork, Pork Tenderloin, Pork Sausage, Pork Meatballs
  • Seafood — Shrimp, Tilapia, Swai Fish, Salmon, Cod, Ahi Tuna, Catfish

Vegetarian Option

5-meal vegetarian preps are available. Choose 5 vegetables to be spread across your meals from options including: Cauliflower Steaks, Loaded Bell Peppers, Hummus, Beans, Greens, Carrots, Asparagus, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Potatoes, Salad, and more.


How to Place Your Order

  1. Select your package from the Meal Preps collection.
  2. Make a mental note of your protein, vegetable, and side selections.
  3. Enter your selections in the Notes section at checkout.
  4. Complete payment — Fears Kitchen will see your order and confirm.
