Bbq Brisket (10lbs)

The process of ordering a brisket:

1. Brisket order must be 10 pounds or more to order.
2. A 10-pound brisket feeds up to 20 guests.
3. Order must be placed 3 days in advance to ensure date availability.
4. Brisket is smoked, sliced, packaged and ready for pickup or delivery on the date and time requested. 
5. The process of shopping, labor, supplies, packaging, and delivery makes this service $20 per pound.
6. The pricing includes the purchase of the brisket. Fears Kitchen does not accept groceries to be cooked, for liability reasons.
