Menu: 100 guests - if it's for 120 guests, I need to revise the bill to include 20 more guests. (An additional $640)

Cocktail Hour (530pm - 630pm)

- Smoked Meatballs tossed in Sauce (feeds 100 - 5 meatballs per person) 

- Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, Lettuce, Tomato Wrap Bites (100 Pieces) 

- Salmon Cucumber Bites - Hollowed Cucumber Bite filled with sushi rice, Salmon, hoison sauce, spicy mayo (100 bites)

 

Main Course (7pm - 8pm)

Chicken Breast w peppers, & Au Jus Gravy 

Mashed potatoes 

Salad/ French bread / Ranch Dressing (feeds 100)

 

What's included: 

4 servers, cafeteria Style setup, two services(cocktail hour and main service), chaffing dishes, burners, plates for both services, eating utensils for both services, serving utensils, napkins. 

 

We will make the plates as guests walk up to the food line for service. I'll need 4(8ft) foldout tables I can set everything up on and we will be good to go.

Overall total = $3200.

They have paid $800 so far leaving $2400 and if there's an extra 20 guests, it'll be $3040 remaining thatll be due 1 week before the event date. There's a $50 fee for everyday past the date it's due. 

 

I'll charge $2916 + sales tax for this total. Should come out to around $3200 after taxes. (An additional $640 will be due if we are accommodating for an extra 20 guests)
